My Aim - to take a photo a day for a year. Interested? Read more about Project365 here http://www.photojojo.com/content/tutorials/project-365-take-a-photo-a-day/ and if you decide to give it a go yourself let me know!
1 T fish sauce 1 T brown sugar 2 T oyster sauce 2 T soy sauce 250gm (9oz) thinly sliced beef 250gm (9oz) soft thick rice noodles 1 T peanut oil (which we don't use) 10 broccoli florets 1/2cup (4fl oz) coconut milk
Combine fish sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce, then pour over beef, mix well and stand for 1hour. Boil noodles until tender, then rinse under cold water and set aside. Heat oil in a wok and stirfry beef for 2-3mins. Add noodles, broccoli and coconut milk and stir until heated through. Serve hot. Serves 2.
As you can see from the pic we extend the mix with extra veges - just add whatever we have to hand. Also the sauce mix is very flexible and forgiving - I just kind of 'glug' it in - and usually use a full tin (400gm)of coconut cream - so really I don't follow the recipe much at all! Whatever you do it ends up yummy!
